We work hard to deliver safely and on time. Pickup and delivery windows are good-faith estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, shipper/receiver delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for delay-related losses except as expressly agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

6. Claims, Liability & Insurance

• For interstate shipments, liability for cargo loss or damage is governed by applicable federal law and the terms of the governing bill of lading or transportation agreement;
• Any claim for loss or damage should be reported to us promptly in writing and pursued within the timeframes stated in the governing shipping documents or required by law;
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits;
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Payment

Rates, payment terms, and any accessorial charges are set out in the applicable quote, rate confirmation, or agreement. Overdue amounts may be subject to lawful interest and collection costs.

8. Intellectual Property
